Cancellation Policy

There will be no refund available on cakes that are cancelled within five days of their delivery or collection date. All refunds are subject to a £10.00 administration fee.

Cupcakes and Bakes takes the issue of client confidentiality very seriously. At no time do we store financial information, and all card information is destroyed immediately upon payment confirmation.
