At Cupcakes and Bakes we understand weddings. We still get excited every time we set up the cakes at your venue, and we want you and your guests to love them.
We are inspired by each wedding, christening or celebration we work for and learn something new each time. Our cakes are bespoke creations made from listening and understanding your vision.

Tastings and consultations are obligation free and by appointment only.
Pricing
Our prices are transparent and we go over all the details with you from the outset. There are no hidden costs. We consider our prices to be affordable and the cakes to be high quality. We have low overheads and we pass these savings on to you.

* These prices indicate most of the cakes we work on. Sometimes we use ingredients that are more expensive than usual (such as chocolate roses). This would be discussed with you from the beginning.

Our cakes are moist, delicious and decidedly more-ish. All of our ingredients are of the finest quality.

Delivery and Set Up
They come hand in hand. We do not 'drop' and leave. We deliver, set up, add tealights/rose petals/sparkles/ribbon - in short, whatever we feel is appropriate to set the cakes off to their best effect. This is our absolute favourite part.
We are based in South East London but deliver within a 100 mile radius. We often deliver outside that boundary but please check at the very beginning.

Payment Terms
A 50% is needed to secure your wedding date in our diary. The remainder will be due two weeks before the event.
Cancellation Policy
Cakes cancelled within 14 days of the order being placed will be refunded 100%. Orders cancelled after 14 days and up to three weeks before the delivery date will be refunded less a £25.00 administration fee. Orders cancelled within 21 days of delivery are not eligible for a refund.
